Just watched a documentary “Inside Undercover in North Korea”, where a Nepali Eye Surgeon risked his life and led a team (disguised as medical helpers by national geographic) to treat blindness for over 1000 North Koreans in 10 days. Then it led me to this video of his work in Nepal.
Dr Sanduk Ruit of Nepal’s soul mission is to bring eyesight back to anyone who needs it, regardless of his or her ability to pay.
What a great and honorable man.
Okay, I need to stop crying.
